“Here, try giving her this,” or “She’ll grow out of it,” are phrases that many parents hear from pediatricians and other well-meaning folks when trying to provide their little ones with relief from common childhood illnesses😬. For mom Kayla, getting her picky, two-year-old daughter Macy to eat healthy, fiber-rich foods was causing great distress in the “poop department💩.” “I tried tricking her into eating different foods, but she’s such a picky eater and the doctor only recommended Miralax.
