An E320 Chiropractic💚regular since April 2022, 8-year-old Anna Kate came to us with a troubling combination of not sleeping well and daily battles with anxiety which usually led to stomach aches😥.  For Anna Kate, structure is key to keeping her anxiety at bay, so whenever summer break rolled around, her anxiety increased as her bed times and activities became inconsistent🥴.  “We were at a loss how to solve her problems because while we knew that medication could possibly help, we didn’t want to resort to a daily medication💊at her young age.  We tried melatonin for sleep, talking through things and trying to keep her stress levels low, but nothing got rid of her daily anxiety,” mom Jacki explained💔.  While Anna Kate’s parents believed in the power of chiropractic care for physical aches and pains, they were unsure if it would actually make a difference in their little girl’s sleep😴and anxiety troubles.  Luckily for Anna Kate though, she has two loving parents who were determined to find the root cause of her problems and a way to provide her medication-free relief💕!  

After listening intently to Dr. Rhonda’s explanation of the results of Anna Kate’s neurological scans📊, mom Jacki said, “We thought it was so interesting to actually see where the stress on her nervous system was matching up with her external symptoms🤯!”  After a few months of care, the differences that chiropractic care were making in Anna Kate’s life started to show🌻!  It started with sleeping better first, and then her anxiety improved soon after.   “She became so much more relaxed.  Anna Kate changed so much right before our eyes, but it was such small yet important improvements that over time, we could barely remember her being the sleepless, anxious child that first started care at E320 Chiropractic💚,” Jacki celebrated🎉!  Not only did Anna Kate’s main problems improve, but her parents were pleasantly surprised when she got sick less often due to a stronger immune system, her sinus troubles drastically improved, and her strength and mobility improved as well💪❗
